Founded in 2011 by Sankha Chowdhury, CE Consultants is a Kolkata-based proprietorship working primarily across civil engineering, architecture and infrastructure planning. We support this core engineering work with GIS, CAD, survey and geospatial capabilities — using spatial data to strengthen, not replace, sound engineering decisions.
